As a 3rd generation Colordoan, Brad has over 30 years experience as a realtor, general appraiser, and owner/operator of Licht Homes, providing residential building and remodeling services. With a degree in Real Estate and Finance from the University of Colorado , Brad has been using his real estate expertise in many areas. He has done a great deal of investment, renovation, development, appraisal, and property tax consulting as well as sales and service for his clients. Brad, along with his wife Dana and their three children, is very active in community and social events as well as athletic and personal pursuits.
Dana is the financial manager of Licht Realty Company. She has been assisting Brad with real estate and construction for over 20 years.
